Shaw nailed it when he said in Man and Superman, there’s no love sincere than love of food.   A fit healthy body and a tasty tongue- that’s the best fashion statement for me.   Having said that, now its time to talk of diet. Vegetables are must on a diet.  Potatoes, wholemeal bread and handful of Sev (crispy noodle made of chickpea flour)  are my suggestions. Next comes exercise, and no matter what, take to brisk walking.  Find the street which sells the most appetizing street snacks.  Trust me it will encourage you to take  up walking.  The street food served in Mumbai are generally fresh, tasty and wallet friendly.  The most popular street-food in Mumbai is Vada Pav and then comes Pav bhaji.  But running on the parallel likes, is the famous Mumbai Masala Toast Sandwich.   This hot toasted-aromatic sandwhich is sold by many vendors near railway stations,  in front of schools, malls and offices in Mumbai. The Sandwich is prepared by putting boiled pota
