Once upon a time the ticketing stall had activities of buying 

and selling now it stands recluse looking for the days to get back in action.

Far and few footfalls continue to buy popcorns 

and remise of the big screen and cinema.


 




 















In Vietnam CGV dominates with 300 screens, 

followed by Lotte, which is once again a 

South Korean cinema exhibitor with 140 screens in 31 locations.

 

The local players Galaxy and BHD-Star 

have about 22 Cineplex’s and Beta operates-budget cinemas with 9 theaters.

 

Now why call out for Cinema, 

when you can be entertained with your personal prime time 

holding at your palm and at your convenience?

 

Simply put, human behavior is amazing, 

Podcast, Television, OTT becomes a school of inattention: 

people look without seeing, listen in without hearing. 

Therefore, high-strung entertainment is what comes in to mind. 

So the big challenge for Cinemas would be 

to have movies which would ceremoniously keep 

the audiences at the edge of their seats. 

 

May be the other alternative is 

Micorsoft’s AltspaceVR- Burning man, 

the Multiverse opens on 31stAugust 2020.

All you need is a computer or a smart phone and an agile curious mind.

Story telling is an art which in digital age gets enhanced when infused with technology. Belief is key in all cultures but rituals and practices differ.
